I’m Christina, the HR Professional behind Neo Consulting Group. I’m grateful for the opportunities I’ve had to work for some small (start-up) and large companies throughout my 15 years of working in Human Resources. Along my journey, I’ve collected a mosaic of tools that I’ve been able to add to my toolkit. I’ve gained great knowledge and experiences during my career and the mission is to pass it forward through Neo Consulting Group.

In January 2021, I had an impulse to start my own company, to take all the lessons learned, skills developed, and leadership gained to evolve into new territory by becoming an entrepreneur – designing, developing, and running a business. With the encouragement and support of my family & friends, I took the leap of faith and created Neo Consulting Group. My personal mantra — faith over fear with grace. Our mission is to be a dynamic HR resource for our clients by embodying a simplistic approach and showcasing a passion for our craft, while delivering stellar results, plus a splash of — southern charm.

I live in the Raleigh-Durham area with my husband, 3 kiddos, and our pooch, Trinity. My hubby and I met while attending Appalachian State University. Boy, do we miss that high-country mountain air. When we are not busy working, we enjoy taking walks as a family, having movie night with the kids, and enjoying good take out.
