Positive Affirmations

Are you aware that our mind’s affect our behaviors way more than any other part of the body? The mind is so very powerful! We must use it to its full “positive” potential – Per our research, one powerful tool is implementing meaningful affirmations into our daily routine, to allow ourselves to purposefully be in control of our thoughts.

When we speak these affirmations and/or think them, they become imprints in our minds that shape our reality. It’s defiantly an art form and must be intentional. Beginning an affirmation with “I am” makes it even more powerful as it’s giving the mind a command to follow. Also, speak in the present tense; claim it. The affirmation should boost our self-confidence and empower us to reach our goals. Give it a try!
